UCL Great Ormond Street Institute of Child Health

Plasticell and Professor Adrian Thrasher (ICH) have collaborated to increase the number of mobilised peripheral blood (PB) HSCs that can be transfected with lentiviral gene therapy vectors, for the treatment of severe childhood illnesses such as Wiskott-Aldrich syndrome.
